4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All Sibyl Technologies products, trademarks, and content are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of data you upload to our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sibyl Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these terms.
